Help with your purchase

Return or Exchange Terms

The deadline to request the return of a product must be within 15 labour days after the reception of your order.

Within such period of time, if not satisfied, the client will have the right to request a reimbursement for the value of the product.

The process for any returns is the following:

  • The client should send the item back to us indicating clearly the full name and details of the sender on the outside of his parcel.
  • Inside of the parcel, the client should indicate his order number, full details and the exchange and/or return that he wishes to make. Since our emails get archived daily, it is important to do this on a written note inside of the box.

  • Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your exchange or return.

Important: The following conditions must be accomplished for all of your returns:

  • Your return will not be accepted under any circumstances, if the product returned does not arrive to us in perfect condition, properly packed and protected, inside its original box and not used.
  • The return shipping cost must be assumed always by the client. Please note that we do not accept any freight collect returns.
  • The payment of the price difference between one item and another, will never be accepted by cheque or either in cash.
  • If your order was paid by Bank deposit, transfer or either, payment on delivery; you must provide us with your full Bank details so we will be able to send you a Bank transfer in return. If your order was paid by PayPal or credit card, we will always reimburse you in the same manner.
  • In the event that the product sent was defective or not according to what it was ordered, the client must proceed by contacting Andypola beforehand but never returning the item to us directly.
  • If you wish an exchange of size/color of the same shoe style, we will always do it whenever the item requested is in stock.
  • If you ever found a problem upon the reception of your order, such as, damaged packaging, missing items or these in bad condition; then you must please, contact us by telephone or by email within the first 24 hours after the reception of your order.
  • We can by no means raise any reimbursements or re-send any merchandise prior to the reception and checking of the items returned to us.
  • If past 15 labour days from the reception of your order, we will not accept any exchanges or claims.

1- Search for an item.

On the left hand side of the store you can find the SEARCH box where you can enter the keywords and search for an item. You can also browse through our existing sections or categories. By clicking on the categories will display available results that match the entered item.
Also from the HOME-page you can also access each category and list of items as SHOW MORE ITEMS and it will display our offers or recommended products, selected by Andypola.

Clicking on an item you will obtain a detailed description of the product with its picture and price.
You can narrow down your search of some products by clicking the button that will allow you to see the different characteristics and varieties (color, size, etc.). These features can change the price of the item that will be displayed when selecting them.


2- Add items to your Basket

To add any item to your shopping cart you will have to click the BUY button or the icon Add To Basket from the product tab or from the list of categories.
If you wish, while you are browsing the store, you will always be able to check your cart by clicking on the BASKET link and see the contents of your cart and your order summary. Once in your basket you may change the quantities of an item, remove items and see the amount of your order. When you’ve finished adding items to your shopping basket you can proceed to complete your purchase by clicking on the PROCESSING button.

You can also add items to your basket by clicking the MY ORDERS button and you will be able to see your personal information and purchase history. Each of the orders listed have a link that will allow you to add items from that order in your current basket and thus save time browsing the store in case you would like to repeat an order previously made. You will always be able to make changes to your new order.


3 – Sign in

The next step will be to SIGN IN with your e-mail address and password if you are already one of our online shop customers. If you are a first time buyer you will be asked to complete the registration form.

Once you have completed the registration form you will see your billing and shipping address, the quantities of items, total amount of your order plus the shipping and delivery costs to be selected according to the shipping information provided and then you will choose how to pay.


4 – Finish your order

Once all the information has been verified you must click the PROCESSING button to finish and place your order. After this you will be provided with the order number assigned to your purchase and any other details of it.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

Following payment forms are available: Transfer or Bank deposit, Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, Paypal & Paypal Express.

For what reason could my credit card get rejected?

Your credit card could get rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • Your credit card maybe has expired. Please check if your credit card has exceeded its validity date.
  • You may have reached your credit card limit. Please consult with your Bank in order to make sure that your card has not exceded the amount allowed to make your purchases.
  • Some of your details that you have entered may be incorrect. Please check if you have correctly filled out all necessary field tabs.
  • You credit card may not be activated for making online purchases. Please consult with your Bank if this option is already active or not.

At times, our server may present some problems at accepting this sort of payments. You could make a new payment attempt from another device, try to make payment with another credit card, or try to contact with us so we could offer you another form of payment in order to avoid having to cancel your order.

Usually we have all our offered products on stock. This allows us to send an order within 1 workday if you have placed your order before 2 pm (local time). Neverless this has to be arranged explicitly with the customer and cannot be guaranteed.

The delivery time also depends on the amount of orders we get throughout a day and can take up to a week.

These Terms are subject to the provisions of the Law 7/1988 of 13 April, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 26/1984, of 19 July, General Defence of Consumers and Users, as amended by Law 39/2002, of 28 October, transposition into Spanish law of various EU directives on the protection of the interests of consumers and users incorporating amendments introduced by Law 22/2003 of 9 July , bankruptcy, and incorporates the changes introduced by Law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December 1999, by which regulates the Telephone and Electronic Contracting with general conditions, the Organic law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Trade, amended by Law 47 / 2002 for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC on distance contracts, and to adapt the Act to various EU Directives and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

The services offered by Kalliwoda Invest, SL, will be contracted by those that meet the requirements set on the following TERMS AND LEGAL CONDITIONS and are always available on www.andypola.es

2.OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.

The contract has the object to regulate the general conditions of the service offered by Kalliwoda Invest, SL. The services that Kalliwoda Invest SL, give currently and that cover this contract, asr the sales of online shoes.

The access to the information is totally free of charge, while the shopping service is onerous, specifying at all times the current price of the product, shipping costs, charges and fees.

The recruitment procedure will be carried out in the spanish in all cases, but Kalliwoda Invest, SL, can allow the contracting of the service in other specified languages.

3.IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES

And, secondly, by the CLIENT, whose data that is entered for the purchase or to make a suggestion, using the form provided for that purpose, are those that have been entered by themselves.

All the data contained therein have been entered/registered directly by the CLIENT, so the responsibility for the authenticity ofthe information corresponds directly and exclusively to the CLIENT.

4.OBLIGATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE:

The CLIENT is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered for the purchase procedure and accepts the obligation to provide true, accurate and complete data. If the CLIENT fails this obligation, it will be their own responsibility to answer for possible damages and detriments to www.andypola.es or a third party.

5.CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The commercial conditions of the service and offers that can be provided by www.andypola.es are always shown/ promoted on the website so they can be consulted, stored or printed. Www.andypola.es has the right to change the current conditions of contracting like any other document exposed/shown on the website.

6. RESPONSABILITIES:

www.andypola.es will not be held responsible for the delays or faults that could happen when accessing, operating or functioning of the website, services and/or contents, interruptions, or bad functioning, when the origen of the fault has been caused by natural natural disasters or situations of force majeure, like strikes, computer attacks or intrusions or any other force majeure or fortuitous cause of emergency, errors in the networks while transferring data and in any case when the error had been produced by an external party to the businesses organization.

7.PURCHASE PROCEDURE:

Up today the contracting procedure of this service is done electronically, meaning that to be able to initiate the procedure the person has to be registered. The steps to be followed are as follow:

1º Item search- The online shop on the left handside has an item browser where the customer can find the item initiated on the form. We also have on the left margin the sections or categories that are sold. Clicking on the categories, on the centre panel the different subcategories will appear. The categories that have subcategories are distinguished by being aligned on the right o ending with the – sign. On each category page or subcategory page all the offers or recomendations selected by Andypola will appear.

From this page you can also access the list of all the items of the actual category indicated by {Show more items}. Clicking on the item you will go straight to the particular record of that product with all the details, photographs and prices in Euros. Some of the products will appear with a dial that will allow to show the different characteristics or varieties (color, size, etc..) of that same item. These characteristics cab vary the price of the item that will be shown when clicking on it.

2º Adding to the shopping cart- To be able to add any item to the shopping cart you have to click on the link (BUY) or from the icon that represents the shopping cart from the main page, particular file of the item or from the category list. The customer will always be able to visualize the shopping cart by clicking on the link (VIEW SHOPPING CART) that is shown on the mini shopping cart. During the time of browsing of the website, by clicking on the Mini Shopping Cart this will resume the status of your cart. Once you are in the shopping cart you can change the units of the item, delete the items or see the total amount of the order. From the shopping cart this will allow the final step of buying the item buy clicking on the link (checkout/process order)

You are also able to add items to the shopping cart from your personal area where the customers personal information and shopping history is shown. Each one of the orders has a link prepared to be able to include items of this order to the actual shopping cart and this way save browsing time using a previous order. Obviously adjusting the shopping cart to the new order.

3º Identification. The following step is identifying yourself with your email and password if you are already a CUSTOMER of Andypola or filling in the form for registering as a CUSTOMER if it the first time you buy from the shop. Once you have been identified yourself, you will see on the screen the billing and shipping information, the price of the items selected, the shipping costs that will have to been selected depending on what country is shown on the shipping address and the payment option.

4º Confirmation of order- Once checked that all the information is correct, click on the button (FINISH ORDER) to confirm and close the order. Afer doing this, a screen will appear showing the order number and all the information of this order.

8. SHIPPING PRODUCTS:

Normally all the items offered are in stock. This allows the orders that have been processed and confirmed on working weekdays before 14hours to be delivered the following workday (Only applicable in Peninsular Spain) by the urgent courier service contracted, however this depends on having expressly agreed with the buyer and in no case is a firm commitment on our part, as it depends on the work load at every moment causing a delay up to a week for the order to be delivered.

In the event of choosing payment when delivered (Only applicable in Spain) an extra fee will be charged that corresponds to the comission charged by the courier service and this is a 5% with a minimum of 3 euros plus 18% VAT, likewise if you choose this payment method the company will contact you by phone to verify the delivery details. If we can not contact you, the order may be cancelled if a delay of contact occurs.

9.VALIDITY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE AS PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE AND PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT.

Both parties declare expressly the acceptance of service of www.andypola.es . The CUSTOMER, expresses the acceptance by following the purchase procedure described in nº7, PURCHASE PROCEDURE of the present conditions.

The actions carried out by following all the steps described in the previous nº 7 paragraph for the purchase of an item, implies the acceptance of the general conditons of contract, sufficient to be contracted.

The contract will be completed from the date where the CUSTOMER manifests the agreement of the conditions of contract published, form the moment the purchase is completed, expressly selecting the acceptance of them.

10.PARTIAL NULLITY

If any of these Terms of Service were unlawful and therefore invalid, this will not affect the other provisions of the Law. The parties will agree to renegotiate those parts that were considered invalid and then will add them to the rest of the. The parties agree to renegotiate those parts of the operating conditions that will result null and incorporate the rest of the conditions of service.

11.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All matters relating to this Site are governed in all and each of its ends by Spanish law. Any controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this website will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. 12. PURCHASE GUARANTEE

All our products have a guarantee. We strive to ensure that our products have rear cover of recognized mayor manufacturers and therefore a high level of quality.

The measurements in centimeters (CM) indicated on each product correspond to the INSIDE measurement of the shoe measured from the tip to the heel. Such measurements are totally ORIENTATIVE and may vary according to the shape and size of each model.
