You have a period of 15 days , counting from the day you receive your order, to make any claims or exchanges. After this period, these will NOT be accepted.

You have to send us the article in its original box indicating the order number and the replacement you wish to do. It´s important to do this on a written note inside the box as our emails get archived daily.

Once we receive your article, we will contact you to process the exchange or claim.

For any exchange from buyers outside of Spain, we will in any case refund you the money and you can make a new order.

The refund will always be done in the same way your payment was done, i.e. if you have payed by Paypal, the money will go back to your Paypal account; if you payed by credit card, it goes back to your credit card.

The shoes should arrive at our warehouse in perfect conditions and in their original box, if not, we cannot accept the claim!!!

The shipment cost of the exchange/claim will always have to be payed by the customer so we recommend to send it in the most economical way. There is no need to send the by express or priority services.
